SCREEN PRINTING

Screen Printing is the primary form of apparel decoration. Its mechanical process allows for inefficiencies in cost and production, allowing for intricate perfection on a bulk scale.

PRINT STYLES

Plastisol

This is the traditional style of printing. Inks are thicker and rougher than our standard printing, and the ink sits on top of the shirt. These inks can be printed on any garment or fabric and work best in small print areas. Plastisol inks will be used on all 50/50 tees in place of our Standard inks.

Discharge

Discharge printing is the process of bleaching the dye out of the shirt, leaving its natural color showing through (usually a tan color).

Process

This is the process that you will want to use when you have a full color design or a photograph. We can do both full color process and simulated process. Every design is different so its best that you show your sales rep the artwork and they can tell you the best way to print it.

ORDER

  • We are fully integrated with producing your custom apparel. With our garment wholesale suppliers, we are streamlined from start to finish in help selecting your products > supplying the garments > production > packing > order completion. See our catalogs for apparel options.
  • Minimum screen printed order is 12 pieces for a 1 color print. The 12 piece minimum is for a white garment with 1 color  print on one location.
  • We are scaled to produce any large order of size.
  • Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days after art approval. If orders are needed at faster turnaround, we can rush the order with additional charges.
  • Our pricing is always custom due to the different types of garments, complexities of artwork, and multiple placements. Pricing is dependent on:
    • Garment type
    • Garment color
    • # of imprint locations
    • # of colors per location
    • Quantity of garments to be printed
  • Each color and print is associated with a screen setup and film. Each print color per location has a $12.00 film and $12.00 screen setup charge. Each additional color and/or placements are accompanied by film and screen setup charges.
  • Film charges are a one time charge. Re-orders will only be assessed screen setups again. If you plan to reorder goods with the same imprint and color.
  • We can elect orders for pickup or shipping. We ship via UPS, Fedex, USPS and DHL. We can ship goods using our customers’ shipping accounts as well.
